Since 2003 Youth Challenge has successfully supported more than 350 separate projects by bringing together 5,000 young people, 400 schools and a large number of community organisations.

Most Youth Challenge projects can be undertaken by students as part of the curriculum or extra-curricular activities such as Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, social justice, a school representative council or other leadership group.
